Privacy policy

Gateway2Morocco (Gateway2Morocco Travel Ltd) plans private tours of Morocco. For anything about your information, write to info@gateway2morocco.com.

What you type in our enquiry and booking forms: your name, email, phone number, travel dates and preferences. We also record standard visit data — the pages you view, your device, and an approximate location worked out from your IP address — and use it only to understand how the site is used.

Passenger names as they appear on travel documents, flight details, and any dietary or accessibility needs you tell us. Payments are recorded through our invoicing provider; we never store card numbers ourselves.

Our small team. The driver and guides on your trip see your name, your photo if you added one, your flights and your phone number — never anything about money. Hotels and partners see your name when they need it to hold a booking.

Your trip file is kept as the record of the service, for as long as accounting law requires. Marketing emails stop the moment you unsubscribe.

You can ask what we hold about you, have it corrected, or have it deleted. Email us at info@gateway2morocco.com or use the deletion form on the app privacy page; we do it within thirty days.

Only what the site needs to work, plus these:

• g2m_vid and g2m_sid — our own basic analytics cookies. They count visits and show us which pages are read; the first lasts up to 400 days, the second 30 minutes.
• Google Ads tag — sets Google’s conversion cookie (_gcl_au) so we can tell when an enquiry came from one of our ads.
• Zoho SalesIQ — the live-chat box sets its own cookies so a conversation carries on from page to page.
