The Gateway2Morocco app is for our booked clients, their drivers and our office. It carries your day-by-day plan, your driver’s name and number, your documents and a direct line to us — and tells you when your driver is on his way.

Your plan, day by day
Every day of your trip with hotels, activities, times and meeting points, updated the moment we change something.

Your driver, live
His name, photo, car and plate; when he taps “On my way” you see him approach on a map with a time estimate.

Messages and requests
A private trip room with your driver and our office; ask for a restaurant, a pharmacy, a change of pick-up time, in one tap.

Documents
Vouchers, tickets and the papers we prepare for you, always with you, even offline.

Emergency card
Morocco’s emergency numbers, your embassy, and one button that alerts us, your driver and our local manager at the same time.

Photos and memories
A shared album for everyone on the trip, and a recap page at the end to share with friends.
For booked trips
How to get it
The app is only for trips booked with us. Once your trip is confirmed, download the app and sign in with the email address you booked with — there is no password; we send you a 6-digit code by email. Everyone travelling with you can sign in the same way with their own email, as long as it is on the booking. Drivers sign in with the crew code and PIN we give them.

Questions
I did not receive my code.
Check the spam folder and that you used the email on the booking. Codes last 10 minutes; ask for a new one from the app. Still nothing? Write to info@gateway2morocco.com or WhatsApp us.
The app says my trip is not confirmed yet.
The app opens only once a trip is booked and confirmed. Your proposal is still on the web link we sent you.
Can I use the app without notifications or photo access?
Yes. Both are optional; the app asks for each only when you use the feature.
