Tifoultoute Kasbah

A short drive from Ouarzazate, the Tifoultoute Kasbah is a photogenic earthen fortress that once belonged to the Glaoui and later hosted the cast of Lawrence of Arabia. You'll climb its towers for sweeping views over the Ounila valley and palm groves, perhaps pausing for mint tea on the roof. Rugged and cinematic, it's a scenic stop on the desert road.
