Al Attarine Madrasa

Beside the spice-and-perfume souk that gives it its name, the fourteenth-century Al-Attarine Madrasa is a masterpiece of Marinid craft in miniature. You'll step into a courtyard where carved cedar, chiselled stucco and glowing zellige meet a marble basin, every surface worked by hand. Small, dazzling and blissfully calm amid the bustle, it's one of the medina's great interiors.
