In a magnificently restored caravanserai on the carpenters' square, the Nejjarine Museum of Wood Arts celebrates the craft that shaped old Fès — carved doors, painted ceilings, tools and musical instruments. You'll climb through galleries of cedar artistry to a rooftop café with a fine medina view. Beautiful in itself, the building alone is worth the visit.
