Villa Mandarine

A family-run boutique hotel in Souissi, Rabat’s quiet residential and embassy district, set in a grove of mandarin trees. The low, mostly single-storey house wraps around a patio of palms and a fountain, and every room opens onto a balcony or terrace over the garden.

There is a heated pool, a tennis court, a hammam and a library with a fireplace, and the restaurant has a strong local reputation. It makes a calm first or last night in Morocco, a short drive from the medina and the Kasbah of the Udayas.
